Slice, Michelin Start Restaurant Swansea 2022
A well-kept secret in the suburbs is this quaint little restaurant run by chef-owners Chris and Adam. On arrival they will personally greet you and on departure they'll thank you. Concise menus offer carefully sourced local ingredients and dishes are creatively constructed.
Opened in 2014, it is on both the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide - additionally, Chef Adam won the BBC’s Great British Menu Welsh title in 2015.

Note: Slice is a small restaurant and can only have tables up to 6 people at a time - making it perfect for a couples trip!
Beach House, Swansea Michelin Star Restaurant
A former coal store that sites in the Penrice Estate is set beside a stunning beach on the Gower Peninsula. Not only is this one of two Michelin Star restaurants in Swansea, but its panoramic terrace views make it a must visit spot for couples, regardless of whether you’re going for the food!

We rate Hanson at the Chelsea as the BEST seafood restaurant in Swansea and one of the best restaurants in Swansea (and even the United Kingdom!). Even though it no longer makes the Michelin Guide, it is a must visit if you’re in the area and can’t get into Beach House or Slice.
Hanson’s has a mission to combine the finest food with excellent customer service. Fish from the market and vegetables from the local street stores can be found on their menu, providing an all-natural experience.
